Clarke

Matthew Clarke is a shareholder and co-founder of the firm's Document Control Group where he coordinates and leads project management for all e-discovery and document review projects. Matt has spearheaded the firm's effort to respond to emerging demand in the marketplace for cost effective, efficient, and quality driven litigation support services. Matt is actively involved in and speaks regularly on e-discovery issues. He also acts as co-counsel and serves as coordinating e-discovery and litigation support services counsel for law firms and corporate clients.

Lorrie Luellig is of counsel to and co-founder of the firm's Document Control Group where she advises clients on the creation and implementation of information retention policies and schedules. Lorrie has extensive experience counseling clients about retention policies and procedures for both litigation related matters and overall company operations. She has helped to create and implement strategies for both Fortune 100 companies and smaller privately and publicly held companies in the areas of legal and regulatory compliance, litigation holds, privacy and security issues as well as information handling and disposition.

cecil-lynn.jpgCecil Lynn is a recognized thought leader in the area of electronic discovery and speaks and publishes on a wide variety of e-Discovery topics including, document review, document retention, data accessibility and international e-discovery. Mr. Lynn is an active member of the Sedona Conference® and serves as an instructor for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) where he teaches courses in electronic discovery, deposition skills, and trial advocacy. Prior to joining Ryley Carlock, he was the Director of Industry Relations at one of the largest e-discovery companies in the industry.
