William B. McManus is a shareholder and co-founder of Ryley Carlock & Applewhite's nationally-known Document Control Group and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Matthew Clarke is a shareholder and co-founder of the firm's Document Control Group where he coordinates and leads project management for all e-discovery and document review projects. Matt has spearheaded the firm's effort to respond to emerging demand in the marketplace for cost effective, efficient, and quality driven litigation support services. Matt is actively involved in and speaks regularly on e-discovery issues. He also acts as co-counsel and serves as coordinating e-discovery and litigation support services counsel for law firms and corporate clients.
Lorrie Luellig is of counsel to and co-founder of the firm's
Document Control Group where she advises clients on the creation and
implementation of information retention policies and schedules. Lorrie
has extensive experience counseling clients about retention policies
and procedures for both litigation related matters and overall company
operations. She has helped to create and implement strategies for both
Fortune 100 companies and smaller privately and publicly held companies
in the areas of legal and regulatory compliance, litigation holds,
privacy and security issues as well as information handling and
disposition.
