Tom Allman co-chairs the Steering Committee of The Sedona Conference® Working Group on Electronic Discovery and Document Production and was an Editor of the Second Edition of the Sedona Principles.  He is the former General Counsel of BASF Corporation and resides in Cincinnati and New York City.  He received his J.D. from Yale Law School.
