Detailed summaries of our programs and the plan documents are available through the Human Resources Director. The language of the actual legal plan documents takes precedence over benefit summaries.

Compensation

Our staff compensation is merit-based. Salaries are determined in the fall of each year and are effective January 1st. Our salary levels are competitive with those in the Phoenix and Denver markets. Compensation decisions are based upon recommendations of the Staff Compensation Committee.
