Managing Shareholder Rudy Parga Named to Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel List
Ryley Carlock & Applewhite Managing Shareholder Named in Super Lawyers®' Corporate Counsel Edition

Rodolfo Parga, Jr., Managing Shareholder of 100-lawyer Ryley Carlock & Applewhite was recently named to the Super Lawyers® Corporate Counsel Edition's list for lawyers in Arizona. Parga is among a select few in the state to be named to the list of business litigators.

Parga is the firm's Managing Shareholder. He also served as the Head of the Ryley Carlock & Applewhite Litigation Practice Group.  Parga's commercial litigation practice includes representing clients in all types of business related disputes, including breach of contract, trade secret litigation, securities industries disputes, lender liability, racketeering, and construction claims.  He also has an active employment law practice, where he handles non-compete, harassment and other related cases.  His clients include companies such as Bank of America, Qwest Communications International, Inc., Morgan Stanley DW Inc. and Chas Roberts Air Conditioning, Inc.

In addition to a robust law practice, Parga is extensively involved in the community. He is a member of the Arizona Industrial Relations Association; is on the Board of Directors, and serves as Secretary to Chicanos Por La Causa; serves on the Board of Directors of Prestamos Small Business Lending; and is an active recruiter in Arizona for Amherst College, where he was a starter on the football team as an undergraduate.  Parga received his law degree from The University of New Mexico School of Law.
