| RC&A Shareholders Contribute to Updated Employment Treatise The State Bar of Arizona recently issued the Second Edition to Volume I of the Arizona Employment Law Handbook, which is the only comprehensive treatise addressing Arizona labor and employment law. RC&A shareholder Mike Moberly serves on the Editorial Board of that publication, and wrote the chapter discussing employment torts premised upon violations of public policy. RC&A shareholder Carolann Cervetti, who serves as head of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, authored the chapter on the application of promissory estoppel in the employment setting. |
