WHO WE ARE

Ryley Carlock & Applewhite ("RCA") is a full service law firm with offices in Phoenix, AZ and Denver, CO. RCA was founded in 1948 and has a long history of representing businesses and companies in both the litigation and transactional realms. In the early 2000's, many of those companies began to seek counsel and advice related to increased regulatory pressure.

In the mid-2000's, many of those same companies became very concerned about the looming changes to the federal rules of discovery and the impact those changes would have on their businesses. As a result of that increased demand, RCA formed the Document Control Group ("DCG") in 2004. At that time, it consisted of 3 attorneys with a specialized focus in regulatory compliance and discovery review processes. The DCG now employs over 40 full time attorneys who limit their practice to these emerging areas of concern for businesses, and also represents large companies around the world. We've become a national voice in the E-Discovery industry, with thought leaders and practical counsel.
