Recent Highlights 

As an example of our Mining expertise, we have recently successfully worked with Cypress Climax to develop water supply for a new mining project. We successfully adjudicated new water rights necessary for operation of the mine against hostile local environmental and governmental interests. This project exemplifies the services we offer to the mining industry.
