Biography
Barry Permut came to Ryley Carlock & Applewhite as a shareholder in the Real Estate & Sustainable Development practice group following a decades-long career at Isaacson Rosenbaum P.C. He most recently served as a member of the Executive Committee there. Barry's practice encompasses all aspects of real estate development, ownership, construction and financing. He has served as the principal legal counsel for numerous commercial real estate developers, residential real estate developers, construction lenders, land developers and homebuilders.
Barry has represented construction lenders in major office and retail developments and represented buyers of portfolio properties in the structuring and re-structuring of real estate partnerships.
Annually he has been named to the three most prestigious attorney rating lists: Best Lawyers in America®, Chambers and Partners, and Colorado Super Lawyers.
