Chris is a shareholder in Ryley Carlock & Applewhite's Phoenix office and is a member of the Employee Benefits, Estate Planning, Tax and Business practices. He has a broad range of experience in all aspects of ERISA plans, including plan design, operational systems, executive compensation system development, and taxation issues relating to plans for both for profit and non profit employers. Chris further helps employers with regulatory compliance and correction of operational errors, as well as litigation support. His practice allows him to counsel clients and design estate plans that focus on client needs for tax planning, succession planning, and family issues. Chris additionally provides business solutions for closely held business owners, assisting them with tax and succession planning and operational liability protection.
