    Compensation

Our associate compensation is merit-based. The merit-based element of associate compensation increases with an associate's seniority at the firm. Bonuses are an important part of the compensation structure. Salaries and individual bonuses are determined annually. Our salary levels are competitive with those in the Phoenix market. Associate compensation decisions are made upon recommendations by the firm's Compensation Committee which relies upon the evaluations of the shareholders.
