  • Detailed summaries of our programs and the plan documents are available through the Human Resources Director. The language of the actual plan documents takes precedence over benefit summaries.

    Compensation

    Shareholder compensation is merit-based. Bonuses are an important part of the compensation structure. Salaries and individual bonuses are determined annually. Our salary levels are competitive with those in the Phoenix market. Compensation decisions are based upon recommendations of the Compensation Committee to firm management.
