S. Gregory Jones as a shareholder in the litigation department of its Phoenix office. Jones is experienced in a wide range of litigation areas, including commercial litigation, contracts, construction law, real estate, corporate management disputes, employment, intellectual property and professional liability. Jones is currently focusing his practice primarily on construction law and real estate litigation - ranging from contract disputes, lender actions, receiverships, easements and commission disputes.Jones also has extensive experience representing commercial contractors, subcontractors, and owners in disputes involving payment, mechanics liens, bonding, delays, licensing and workmanship. He also has substantial experience handling construction defect disputes.
