Carolann also engages in proactive labor and employment counseling, advising employers about their rights under federal and state employment laws, reviewing handbooks and policies to ensure legal compliance, and training managers and supervisors to effectively administer policies and develop positive employee relations. Carolann and the other attorneys in her practice group also represent management in collective bargaining negotiations and counsel employers about existing collective bargaining negotiations.
