Biography
David concentrates on commercial real estate transactions at Ryley Carlock & Applewhite, with an emphasis on secured mortgage and asset based commercial lending. He has assisted lenders close all types of construction and permanent facilities on residential, commercial, industrial and hotel properties, multi-family and condominium projects, as well as affordable housing developments involving unique tax-credit, bond, and other tax-exempt features. In addition, David has successfully negotiated and documented purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and various easements and restrictive covenants including the creation and organization of owners associations for commercial and residential subdivisions and condominiums.
David received his B.B.A. from Loyola Marymount University in 1993 and his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1996. He is admitted to practice law in California and Colorado. On a clear summer day, and with his wife's gracious permission, you might spot him on his BMW motorcycle somewhere high in the Rocky Mountains (obeying all posted speed limits, of course).
