Brian Nazarenus reappointed by Governor Bill Owens to the Colorado Water Quality Control Commission
Brian Nazarenus, a shareholder in the Firm’s
Denver office, has been reappointed by Governor Bill Owens to the
nine-member Colorado Water Quality Control Commission. The Colorado
Water Quality Control Commission sets Colorado’s water quality
standards pursuant to Colorado’s participation in the Clean Water Act,
which has been delegated to the state by the EPA. This is Brian’s
third, three year term on the Commission. His term expires in March,
2008.
