David joined the Document Control Group in May 2005. As a project manager David provides leadership, training, and performance oversight to teams of attorneys engaged in document collection and review. David serves as the Group's client liaison, assisting companies in the process of document collection and in defining the parameters of various review projects. David is versed in the various federal and state regulations impacting document control and retention, and is proficient on a variety of software applications.
David brings to the Group more than thirty years of legal experience with emphasis on litigation and government relations. Prior to joining Ryley Carlock & Applewhite David served as a Commissioner with the Maricopa County Superior Court.
